More pics! :D I checked if I have uploaded all the pictures of the band from past to present, but I still haven't. I wonder when I'll be able to move all the pics from HyukTa.net Gallery to my Multiply account. -_-;
We had a gig last August 18, 2004 at Town Square, Sucat. Only 4 of us performed that night. Although there were a few of us, we really had fun. ^_^ Jozen and Roland are really great to be with.
A few days after (August 24, 2004), we had a gig in the now non-existent Orchidia's Bar.
This was located in Intramuros where I know doesn't really support bars
like that. :/ There were only 4 of us again. We had a great time as we
walked around the area looking for beer and even camwhoring. ^_^
Before these two gigs, we had a 2-gigs night before. We played at KSP Bar and then at Club Indios. Thanks very much for Luv for inviting us. We owe you A LOT!!! I won't forget that. :) Of course, this gig dates back in 2004.
Back: Shabby :P
I spent most of my afternoon editing and re-uploading pictures of K. Wasabi from the past and now. There are still some I still have to edit, but will do that some other time.
More pictures from this set here.

Sara, the vocals in this picture, only performed for us once. I don't know what happened to her after. :/

Lastly, here's a picture of our most recent gig in Greenvine Bar. Thanks to our guests for coming over to watch us. Most especially to Rolly for taking our pictures! :D
Oh, I also uploaded a random picture of me! XDDD I can't embed it here because it won't show. :/ My hair looks like its got brown streaks.
You know, I kind of miss all the hard school work. Like those projects and assignments in Plumbing class. That was a stressful term for me. I somehow managed to juggle my online life, love life, social life, band life, and that projects for that class. *lol* I didn't want to nor do I want to sacrifice the other things I do just for it. I feel good when I get to do a lot of things. Not only do that, I'm also happy to be able be there for other people. Because it sucks when they always give reasons for not doing this or for not being there for you. I always think that if there's something you want to do, you'd always find a way to do it. Having one reason or a lot already means you're not putting all your heart into it. But that could depend on the situation. I'm ranting about this because there's one person who's kind of pissing me off because of this. He always have excuses that I'm at the point of wanting to kick him. ^_^;;; Enough about that. Here are the pictures I took of some of the projects we did in Plumbing class. This was 2 terms ago. ^_^ I'm sorry about the quality. I was too lazy to scan them. *lol* These are only drafts btw courtesy of my boyfriend. He helped me as I did the other plans/layouts.
[First picture] A light sketch, so I had to edit the picture so you could see the water closets. Not the best perspective layout actually. I had to make a new one because my professor wanted to see the walls and tiles. ^^; I thought he only wanted the perspective view of the water closets. I didn't think he'd want the whole washroom. XD;
[Second picture] Since I only took pictures of the evacuation plans in every floor in the West Building of Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT), I had to made drafts to copy from there. Tiresome it would be if I had to look at the monitor all the time.
[Third picture] This is the drainage diagram of MIT West Building. It was kind of easy to draw because, compared to other buildings, the west building doesn't have chemistry labs or any places that require other sinks or drainage pipes other than washrooms.
The Ciboney Bar gig was held last year. ^_^ I'm just moving my pictures from old-skool GJ. Hehe~ I miss watching CBI. I feel like I haven't been giving time on my band life (meaning -- watching other bands than just playing with mine) compared to before. I hope I can get to watch gigs again. Maybe I should make it a first in my new year's resolution list. *lol* Yeah, I haven't made one yet. XDDD I make resolutions yet I tend to forget them. O_o
Marshmallow, My Mocha's Desire -- a post-valentine ska gig last Feb. 16, 2005. Playbands:
CoffeeBreakIsland
Out4Lunch
Umble Uno
SteadyMovinBeat
Skrew_Ups
K. Wasabi
Nevertheless
All the bands were great. Including us of course. ;D
We had a bunch of pics, but I will not post them all and neither in my gallery. :P They're all blurry. I have a new digicam and since my mom was the "cameraman" of the night, she wasn't sure how to use it properly. *lol*
What is a picture of snail doing there? Well, my mom saw it near the front door. It was my first time to see a big snail, so I took a picture. ^_^ The last time I saw a snail before this was back in grade 4. Hehe~ Anyways, the night was fun! I missed videoke a lot. I left my dad and Maru to play while I held on the Magic Sing mic to sing nonstop. Luckily I didn't get a sore throat.
I told myself I won't post again here, but this is a good happening that everyone should go to. ^_~

A semi-good shot of the stage. The place was really neat, it didn't even seem to be a bar/cafe for us to play in. *lol*
Kinda like a "metallic" motion blur
My face looks thin, but my body isn't. XD;;;
Oh dear...
We're back on the music scene! :D Thanks to, hrmm, Empire Productions for this gig. We finally had the chance to perform again after all those busy months. I got nervous for about 15 minutes, but I settled as soon as I stepped on stage. Probably thanks to Willie who kept distracting me because he was blocking our audience. *lol* I kept telling him to move away and not to block our view of the audience.
Our playlist:
More Today Than Yesterday (Goldfinger)
Sunday Morning (No Doubt)
Spiderwebs (No Doubt)
Superman (Goldfinger)
Come On Eileen (Save Ferris)
Burigs didn't make it (for the second time), so I had to sing. After singing two songs while playing the guitar (Boyet had no idea how to play the songs, especially Sunday Morning), I was almost drained when it was time to play Come On Eileen. I kept running out of breath. Baka. I was laughing while singing which I knew isn't really good for me. Last time, when only Roland, Jozen, Maru, and I performed, I could sing really well. We even had a bunch of No Doubt songs played back then. Anyways, I believe it was lack of practice. :P
I was happy to see the people dancing and singing along while we were performing. ^_^ They enjoyed all our songs especially Superman. We were one of the few who got the audience jumping on the dance floor. XD *feels proud* A lot more happened, but they're not related with our performance. I have to stop blabbin' here. The rest of the pictures are up at HyukTa.net Gallery. A few pictures of other bands are posted in my gjpix.
Gig pics again. :D We had another gig at KSP Bar & Grill last July 14. I could count with my fingers how many watched us that night. :| It was supposed to be K. Wasabi, but we're having problems regarding the band members (up to now). I didn't cancel it, instead, us members of my side-project performed. We played the K. Wasabi covers because we haven't practiced the songs we're planning to do. It wasn't a satisfying performance, but it was good enough, to think we only practiced that night. :P We're _that_ good. *lol* J/k! We played Spiderwebs, Sunday Morning, Just A Girl, and Down (311). The gig started around 11:30 PM. It was supposed to start by 7 PM. >:O While we waited, we got to talk about our upcoming gig on the 24th. We also watched some lousy telenovelas. XP We didn't notice that it was too late 'til the organizer apologized to me. He said there were some technical problems. It's prolly the mic again. XP They should get better equipment for that bar. Not all bands will want to play there. That includes us, but we're just playing for the sake of gaining more audience. ^_^ ^_^ ^_^ More pictures are found in my photos site.
