I just got this message a few hours ago. They put his name as asshole. O_o Are they stupid or what? 'Wlang cnabi' is properly typed as 'walang sinabi'. It literally means 'no say'. But in their statement, it would mean similar to losers. I assume this is the person who commented in my post regarding their bassist who tried to borrow my guitar. Here's my reply to that comment. (It's password protected, but online and rl friends can get the password. Just leave a comment here or in my LJ. ^^)Feedback from my lovely online friends would be greatly appreciated. X3

WoW! Very unprofessional. If that happened here in Chicago, that band would be blacklisted. You don't get pissed off because you can't borrow another musician's instrument! If you're a true musician, you'd understand the importance of an instrument to another musician, because you value your own. Why was he borrowing anyway? Did he not come prepared? It's one thing if his guitar broke, but to go to a show unprepared or just to borrow someone else's guitar is unprofessional. For someone who says that his is not an amateur band, he's representing it as if they are.

If you wanted, you could perform here in the States, Shabby. You've got family who has got connections. Not so amateur, now are they, asshole? He's obviously sore about something other than the guitar thing. Maybe he's mad that his band sucked & you guys were better. LOL! Or, he might just have a crush on you! LOL!

I don't remember the exact reason why he wanted to borrow. They have 2 guitarists, but one of them didn't have a guitar. I wonder if it was just that night or if he really doesn't have any guitar. XP It's even funny that he's the one borrowing it when he's not the one going to use it. The guitarist is probably his boyfriend/lover.

He's overall unprofessional. That's really true. No matter how you look at it, his attitude on this is unbecoming of his age... Whether he's a musician or not. *bah* I think calling him a musician is an insult to other fellow musicians. XP

He made fun of our songs and performance, but his band also played one of our covers. Geez, they think they're so great after that. I doubt he knows that our version is actually from the original.

I wouldn't have encountered them if they didn't ask to go ahead of the band who's supposed to play after us. They wanted to because their bassist is already drunk. Yeah, the bassist who was borrowing a guitar from me... And from other bands there who wouldn't lend him one. Heh~ I don't think performing in a drunk state is good.

Hmm... I'm not sure if he got to read this or my reply to his comment. I turned off comments to the post he replied to and the latter because my blog isn't supposed to be a place where he could start a flame war. He's so lame. His attitude is unbecoming of his age. I doubt he even reached high school with that attitude of his. What a know-it-all. He bashes our covers when ours is a cover of the original when they did a cover of a cover. XP I'm sure of what we only need to cover because we don't have a horn section at the moment. Pero yung tinugtog nila yung dapat may horns... Eh wala naman silang horns that night kaya mukha tuloy silang showband doon. Tapos 2 guitarist nila pero parehong rhythm halos ang ginagawa. Ano ba yun...

Anyway, I opened for public this post. But comments are still closed. hehe~ Baka kung anu-anong basura ang ilagay when he doesn't have the right to do that in my blog.
